When should I check in?
Check in from 7:30-8:00 a.m. Play shall begin shortly thereafter.

What if you have to cancel an event?
We only cancel or delay an event if conditions make it dangerous or unplayable. MSM staff or park officials will determine what is unplayable. Never assume an event is cancelled. If we cancel after the majority of games have been played (for instance, 2 p.m.) no refunds or make-up games will be offered. If an event is cancelled, we plan a make-up event on the following day. You will notice all of our major events are Saturday only. That allows us to use Sunday as an alternate event date if the park is available. If we cannot make-up an event we will allow players to use their entry at a future event. If that is not an option we will discuss refunds.

If we postpone an event it may be necessary to adjust the remainder of the games. We may institute rally scoring for all divisions to allow for a timely end to the event. If a player decides to leave during a postponement, or chooses not to continue, no refunds or credits shall be issued. Players should decide to continue based on their personal comfort level during poor weather conditions.

What if I can't make an event I registered for?
If a player or team needs to cancel for any reason, we must have 12-hour notice for a rollover entry or refund to be issued. If we don't receive 12-hour notice you will be considered a "no show" and your entry fee becomes non-refundable.

What if I arrive after play has begun?
If a player or team arrives after tournament play has begun, MSM staff will make an effort to fit the team into the event providing it doesn't effect existing results or post-pone tournament play. If we cannot find a spot the team forfeits their entry fee.

How can I pay for an event?
MSM offers four ways to enter an event.
  • Register and pay online with our secure entry and payment system. This will verify your card information and charge your entry fee immediately.
  • Pre-register online but pay at the event with cash or check.
  • Mail in a printed entry form with your payment.
  • And lastly, you can always register the morning of the event. You will have to pay a late fee and space must be available.

Unfortunately, we cannot process credit card payments at the event so if you want to use a credit card you will need to use our secure registration and payment system by the entry deadline.

What if my computer crashed before I received confirmation?
Please email us if for any reason you believe the online entry system didn't receive your information. If you simply reenter you may create a duplicate entry and if you're paying with a credit card, your card may be charged more than once.

If you don't contact us and we didn't receive your entry you may not be able to play if your division of choice is already full.

What is the age cut off for juniors?
We allow juniors to play in the division equal to their age at the time of entry. For instance, if a player turns 17 on July first, they can play 16u at the first couple events but after July first they must play 18u for the remainder of the season.

Do juniors need to play in every event?
Each juniors event is an individual tournament. There is no requirement to play more than one event or participate with the same partner in multiple juniors events.
